※制作体験はご予約制でございます。ご予約は必ず、体験ご希望日の前営業日17時までにお願いいたします。

（休業日をはさむ場合は前営業日の17時までとなります）

　当日のご予約や受付は承っておりませんのでご承知くださいませ。

※予約フォームからお申し込みの皆様に、予約受付完了のご連絡をメールにてお送りいたします。

翌営業日から24時間以上経過してもご連絡のメールが届かない場合はシステムエラーなどの可能性がございます。

 *Reservations are required for the production experience. Please be sure to make your reservation by 5:00 PM on the business day before your desired experience date.

(If there is a holiday, the deadline will be 17:00 on the previous business day)

Please note that we cannot accept reservations or receptions on the day of the event.

*We will send an email to all those who apply through the reservation form to inform them that their reservation has been accepted.

If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours from the next business day, there may be a system error.
