* The production experience is by reservation only. Please be sure to make a reservation by 5 p.m. the day before the desired experience date. (If there is a holiday, it will be until 17:00 on the day before.)
Please note that we do not accept same-day reservations or acceptances.
*We will send an e-mail to all those who have applied from the reservation form to confirm that the reservation has been received.
If there is no response within 24 hours on a business day, or 48 hours on the next business day, there is a possibility of a system error.
